The service was so friendly and approachable, even though they could not understand much English, they were patient and polite, but I found it a bit odd that they asked me to pay for the breakfast separately. The location was quiet and close to the train station, which was perfect for someone like me arriving with jetlag and two large suitcases. My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious and immaculately clean, perfect for two people with no noise disruptions. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, even though they didn't speak much English, they were still helpful and polite. The location was super convenient, right next to Tokoname station and with easy access to the airport. The dining options were good, especially if you enjoy Japanese food. The facilities were top-notch, with a lovely view from my room, SPA room, and even a coin laundry machine on site.
